According to the specs for my car I should have a two barrel Autolite car fitted. when I bought the car this was in it’s place. The standard blue air filter with the snorkel does not fit it at all. That just agave me an excuse to buy a chrome pan for it.
The reason for this little post is that I get asked how do you know the model of the carb on the car?
The secret is on the front of the main intake. The identification mark is stamped there.
